Process Form

1. Deposit: Half must be paid in advance to secure a date. (NON-REFUNDABLE) Full payment is fine but isn’t required. Non fully paid projects will have a watermark. Any balances due can be paid any time.

2. Pay Method: Debit/Credit, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Affirm, Afterpay, or Cash.

3. Reschedule: Requesting a new date 7 days before the original will cost $75.00.

4. Shoot Time: Be on time. You will be charged $1.50 for each minute you’re late. You must be physically seen. (FIRM)

5. Client(s) Info: Provide name, number, email, and social media for services.

6. Revisions: You get two free edits with a 24hrs limit on each. When a draft is sent for viewing you must give your feedback within 24hrs. Not replying within 24hrs, results in an edit lost. (FIRM) If you don't want changes, it will be sent to you. Also, you cannot make edits to any finals you've received. Asking for a new version, means you will have two versions, and you will be charged.

7. Permission: Do you allow a copy of your final(s) to be used on StealthStarStudios website and social media? (Copy will not go live before yours.)

8. One Location: Either indoors or outdoors. Doing both is multiple locations and you will be charged.

9. Travel Fees: Not included in the service price and must be covered for shoots outside the NYC area. (LIRR, Amtrak, Metro North, Cabs, Flights, etc. Some NYC areas vary.)

10. When Will It Be Done?: "3" weeks is the bracket, but it usually doesn't take that long. No need to ask the editor "When will you start it?" or "When will I get the final?". If you are not contacted regarding the project, there is nothing to display.

11. Extra Days: Must be back-to-back for discount. If not, it will be full price.

12. Pickup: If your final can’t be sent by internet you can physically pick it up.

13. Equipment Liability: StealthStarStudios is not responsible for data lost due to equipment or storage card failure. To fix the issue, a new date will be rescheduled.

14. Original Files: Not included in any service plans for free. (optional buy)

15. Track Standards: Services cover "1" track with a length of "4" minutes. Seconds will be priced and adding new tracks will cost.

16. Download Final: Final files will be on "Google Drive" for 24hrs. Files not downloaded will be deleted. (FIRM) Deleted files can be reuploaded for $40.00 or picked up for free.
